We visited Travis who was living in Germany in 1998. Magalie, Travis, and Bob prepared an American Thanksgiving dinner for 12 Germans who loved everything. Bob tried to explain the holiday of Thanksgiving to the Germans. Travis translated (most) of what he said. They seemed to get it, but it was hard to really see if they understood since only Travis spoke any real German, and most of the Germans present didn't speak any English.
